ICL Innovationは、回収されたリン資源の植物養分としての利用性を高め、肥料生産ラインに統合する費用対効果の高い方法を探しています。

背景
回収されたリン資源は、堆肥（manure & litter）、リン酸を豊富に含む灰（木材、SSA、肉骨粉）、ストラバイト（リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム）といった複数の供給源から容易に利用可能です。一般的にこうした供給源におけるリン酸含有量は10～25%になっています。こうした供給源を肥料生産のフィードストックとして利用するためには、植物に対する養分利用性がよく考慮され、多くの場合改善される必要があります。ICLはこうした入手性の高い回収されたリン資源を肥料生産工程に統合する費用対効果の高い技術を探しています。

Treatment of secondary phosphate for use in fertilizers

ICL Innovation is seeking cost effective processes to enhance the availability of nutrients in secondary phosphates to plants for integration in fertilizer production lines.

Background

Secondary phosphate is readily available from multiple sources, the main ones being manure & litter, phosphate rich ashes (wood, SSA, meat and bone meal) and Struvite (Magnesium Ammonium Phosphate). Typically the phosphate content ranges between 10-25%. For all these sources to be used as feedstock for fertilizer production the nutrient availability to plants must be considered and in most cases improved. Wishing to contribute to closing the phosphorous cycle, ICL seeks cost effective technologies to integrate these high availability secondary phosphates into its fertilizers production.
