植物中・土壌中の養分の検出技術

ICL Innovationは、植物中の養分レベル（主に、作物中のカリウム、窒素、リンの濃度）を出来るだけ手間の掛からない手段で測定する方法を求めています。

背景

植物中の養分レベル、特に窒素、リン、カリウムの濃度は、肥料の正確な使用のための基礎事項である。窒素の測定が容易である一方、リンとカリウムは測定がより難しく、意味のある結果を得るためには湿式化学分析法が必要となり、その手順は非常に長いものとなります。そこでICL Innovationは、肥料を使用する際に、窒素、リン、カリウムの濃度を決定する方法を求めています。その方法を用いることにより、廃棄を減らし、肥料の過剰または不足による副作用を減らすことに繋がることが望まれます。

Plant nutrients detection in plants and soil

ICL Innovation is seeking a method to measure plant nutrients’ levels, mainly Potassium, Nitrogen and Phosphorous, in crops with as little user handling as possible.

Background

Nutrients levels in plant, in particular N,P and K, are the basis to accurate application of fertilizers. While N is easy to measure, P and K are harder and require wet chemistry methods in order to achieve meaningful results, a process that is usually too long. We are seeking ways to determine the N,P,K levels in the plant as fertilizers are applied. This would result in less waste, and less side effects of lack or over application of fertilizers in fields.
